描述
1. 在OD panel&nonpanel estimate cost, final adjustment, TP immediate loss advice, TP final survey report的vehicle information中调整Vehicle Registration Date, Engine No., Engine Capacity以及Tyre Brand的位置如原表单中无相关字段，则增加，并传至iGen.
2. 在OD non panel estimate cost的cost of claims 新增四个字段： Lump Sum Repair, Market Value, COE/PARF Rebate, Margin for Repair.
3. 在OD non panel final adjustment的cost of claims新增四个字段： Limit Repair(before excess), Market Value, COE/PARF Rebate, Margin for Repair.
4. 在OD panel final adjustment中新增Limit Repair(before excess) 以及Total Loss Consideration表格
5. 在TP immediate loss advice中新增两个字段： Pre-accident Value, COE/PARF Rebate;
6. 在TP final adjustment中新增三个字段：Pre-accident Value, COE/PARF Rebate，Margin for Repair;
7. 调整1. Surveyor name 2. Point impact/General Description of Damages 3. Vehicle registration date 4. Engine Capacity 5. Repair Margin 6. Mandate request amount为1. Surveyor name 2. Point impact/General Description of Damages 3. Mandate request amount
